Squeaky Beach, part of the Wilson's Promontory national
park, is so name due to the noisy nature of its sand, which is so fine it actually
squeaks when it is rubbed by passing feet.The Prom is a remarkable area which
forms the sourthen most tip of the state of Victoria. Many of the beaches are
only accessible by walking... some of them, including South-East Point, require
overnight stays. |
