Java, the most heavily populated island in Indonesia,
is a dramatic place that suffers from the effects of alot of nearby geological
activity. The above beach is a famous surfing destination and supports a nearby
surfy shack style resort. The beach itself is a rocky mess, not really a great
place to sunbake. Around the corner there is an inlet that, proteced from the
swell, supports a large fishing community. |
